part-time BOH team members with potential for full-time. We are on the lookout for teammates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where individuals are able to grow with our expanding team. We are looking for someone who is willing to be cross-trained. This could include some dish, FOH ect. Positions are paid hourly based on experience plus tip pool. Responsibilities Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs Required Experience Must have cooking experience Well-rounded food background Understanding of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste Must have a professional appearance Position is paid up to $20/hour based on experience and availability
