BOH/Kitchen Prep - Colorado Bagel Company

Come join our kitchen team! We are growing and looking for someone dependable, efficient, and comfortable working with our fast-moving kitchen. This is a hands-on job with a supportive team. Full-time position available.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients according to recipes (chopping, slicing, mixing, portioning). Wash dishes, utensils, sheet pans, smallwares, and kitchen equipment Assist with daily production for sandwiches, salads, spreads, baked goods, and grab-and-go items. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Set up and break down prep stations. Label, date, and store prep items correctly. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work space. Assist with occasional catering prep and packaging.
