Bookkeeper

We are looking for a very detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage all financial transactions, from accounts receivable and payable to payroll and monthly reconciliations. Your mission is to provide leadership with the clean data they need to make smart business decisions.

Record all receipts, payments, and financial dealings in the accounting software. Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure vendors are paid on time. Accounts Receivable (AR): Create and send invoices to clients and follow up on overdue payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

Match bank statements against the general ledger to ensure every penny is accounted for.

Payroll Processing:

Calculate wages, taxes, and benefits to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Compliance:

Assist with tax filings and ensure all financial records meet regulatory standards.
