Oak Ridge, TN AP/Accounting Responsibilities:

Perform activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing bi-monthly payments Perform activities related to the accounts receivable function including payment application, customer communication, and collection activities Distribute invoices to purchasing department for PO matching Research and resolve discrepancies Ensure discounts are taken in a timely manner

HR Responsibilities:

Maintain HR files Process onboarding and exit paperwork Manage benefits and open enrollment documentation Attendance and PTO tracking

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HR Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
