Job Description
Accounting & Payroll Coordinator TriSource is partnering with a growing HVAC company that is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, payroll administration, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with manual processes and multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process high-volume, manual accounts payable transactions Review and enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system Prepare and issue vendor payments following management review and approval Maintain organized AP filing systems and payment records Request and maintain vendor documentation including W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Payroll Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 62 employees through Paychex Flex Upload labor hours into Paychex for payroll processing Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission Qualifications 5+years of bookkeeping experience Experience with manual accounts payable processing preferred Familiarity with Paychex Flex or similar payroll systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong communication and follow-up skills
