Job DescriptionJob Description About the role Pick A Ball Sportcomplex is looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. In this 20-hour-per-week role, you will be the financial backbone of our facility - accurately recording daily transactions, reconciling sales data across our point-of-sale and facility management systems, and maintaining clean books in QuickBooks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, sports-oriented environment and wants a flexible, part-time schedule. Key responsibilities Record and reconcile daily revenue transactions from all revenue streams - court rentals, food & beverage, memberships, leagues, and events Sync and reconcile sales data from Toast POS into QuickBooks, ensuring F&B transactions are accurately categorized Pull facility booking and membership revenue reports from EZ Facility and post entries accurately in QuickBooks Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly Process accounts payable - code, enter, and schedule vendor invoices for payment Assist with payroll data entry and verify hours tracked in EZ Facility against time records Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries for management review Maintain organized digital records for all financial documents, receipts, and reports Required qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to catch and correct discrepancies Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, reconciliation) Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred qualifications Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant/hospitality point-of-sale systems Familiarity with EZ Facility or similar facility/membership management software Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or multi-revenue-stream businesses Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
