Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience in Quickbooks online, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. We are open to both part time and full time positioning depending on the needs of the right candidate.

Duties:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Utilize 10 key typing for accurate data entry
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Assist with general ledger accounting tasks
• Provide support in financial reporting

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in clerical tasks related to accounting
• Knowledge of financial concepts and practices
• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
