Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn new processes quickly. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and invoice entry Utilize existing software to create business records for management review. Handle basic HR functions such as insurance administration, onboarding and payroll. Support management by organizing files, maintaining and ordering supplies, and communication with Ace corporate as needed. Solve problems by working with store management and ownership Skills Prior bookkeeping experience required and knowledge of basic HR functions highly desired Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent computer literacy and clerical experience with attention to detail Experience in office management skills including file organization and supply management Excellent communication skills with professional etiquette Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers is beneficial Familiarity with ADP Payroll system is beneficial Join us to be part of our team where your organizational talents and bookkeeping expertise will make a meaningful impact.
