Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a residential construction company. Must have experience using QuickBooks desktop, Microsoft excel, google drive and email. Experience with accounts payable and receivable, journal entries and bank deposits are needed. Office manager duties include running our small office, greeting customers, answering the phone, filing, mail, errands and scheduling. PTO and paid holidays provided but not health insurance or 401k.
