Bookkeeper

We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper with knowledge of Tops Pro and Tops One (now Enumerate Central) , this is the only accounting program used here , to work in our HOA/Campground. We are a year round community. Duties included for A/P will be managing all invoices and charges to accounts, printing checks, expense adjustments & journal entries. Duties included for A/R will be all deposits entered in our system and bank deposits, all credit card owners transactions entered, bank recs, expense adjustments, & journal entries. The position will be 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
