Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper/Controller located in Carencro, La. The responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining bookkeeping practices, posting journal entries, and utilizing accounting software for day-to-day financial tasks. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive financial management to support the company's goals, along with tax savings strategies as well. Qualifications Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and Journal Entries Experience with various Accounting Software platforms Strong foundational knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and tax strategy Excellent analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Controller, or similar role preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Accounting experience is a plus.
