Job Description

We are a family owned Residential Landscape company in a growing phase seek an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is familiar with the green industry, can work proficiently at a desk but does not mind playing in the dirt on occasion. We have a great team of hardworkers and we strive to find players that are willing and wanting to learn and grow with our company. We are looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper/HR Skilled individual to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities for this position include accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, managing business insurance and minor IT tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel/Word, Google Drive and Quickbooks. If you have previous experience or familiarity with these responsibilities, we'd like to meet you!!! Skills Proven Experience as an Office Manager Bookkeeping Skills and Preparations for Accountants Knowledge of Office Management Systems & Procedures Working Knowledge of Office Equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word) and Google Workplace Quickbooks Experience (Required) Excellent Time Management Skills and Ability to Prioritize Work Attention to Detail and Problem Solving Skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to
