Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist

Job Full Description A company in Clarksburg is looking for a part-time bookkeeper/payroll specialist to join their team! Flexible 20 hour schedule between Monday - Friday, compensation up to $18hr.

Duties to include:

Processing payroll for client companies Maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transaction Balances accounts by reconciling entries Maintaining the general ledger by transferring account summaries Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Assisting with front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience using QuickBooks for a related role 2 years in a related position preferred Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and payroll software. Candidates will excel in customer service and have a drive to help grow their own individual book of business. High school diploma or equivalent Apply Now!!
