Absolute Supply and Services Bookkeeping & Accounts Coordinator Location:

Lusby, Maryland (In-Office)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM Seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to support daily financial operations in a structured, team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily transactions
• Bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Vendor payments and customer collections
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and chart of accounts
• Journal entries
• Sales & use tax and annual state filings
• Vendor setup and support
• Assist ownership as needed

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online

Compensation:

$18

• 20/hour + bonuses, vacation, vision & dental, Simple IRA No calls please.
