Bounce House Delivery & Setup Team Member

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and safely securing inflatable bounce houses and entertainment equipment at various locations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure each event runs smoothly, creating memorable experiences for clients of all ages. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans to deliver bounce houses and equipment to event sites. Load and unload inflatable units and accessories using appropriate tools like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Set up bounce houses and related equipment at designated locations, ensuring secure anchoring and safety compliance. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to maintain quality standards and safety protocols. Interact professionally with clients on-site, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with setup instructions. Follow route driving plans efficiently, managing schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining safety on the road. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks during setup and takedown processes, ensuring proper handling of all equipment. Experience Previous delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Experience in warehouse settings or moving services that involve heavy lifting and equipment handling. Familiarity with driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required; training can be provided. Knowledge of safety procedures related to load & unload operations, route driving, and equipment setup. Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
