Schedule:

Full-time (Minimum 40 hours/week), including weekends and holidays or potential for part-time for the right candidate. We're seeking a strong leader to oversee daily store operations, coach a vibrant sales team, and drive revenue growth — all while making customers feel seen, styled, and supported. This role offers long-term growth opportunity as the company expands to additional locations over the next several years. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, and schedule a high-performance team Provide ongoing coaching and accountability Lead weekly staff meetings and one-on-ones Foster a warm and professional team culture Participate in leadership development with the owner in preparation for future multi-location oversight. Sales & Strategy Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Drive upselling, product education, and promotions Analyze sales trends and adapt strategy accordingly Customer Experience Ensure every customer has a personalized, upbeat shopping experience Handle complaints or concerns graciously Monitor feedback and lead service improvements Inventory Oversight Coordinate with Consignment Buying Manager on intake and pricing Oversee product rotation, markdowns, and expired inventory Spot brand and seasonal trends to maximize sales Operations & Admin Manage opening/closing procedures, store appearance, and safety compliance Monitor labor costs and team performance metrics Collaborate with remote team on social media, events, and promotions What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of fashion retail management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Proven sales acumen and love of fashion Comfort with POS systems, scheduling software, Asana and Google Workspace High energy, high integrity, and a passion for sustainable style
