Located at 100 California Shakespeare Way, we are building an inaugural team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a scenic, open-air environment. The Role As a Box Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, serving as a critical member of the Front of House (FOH) team. You will support the Box Office Manager in executing seamless ticketing operations and ensuring every guest begins their evening with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities Ticket Operations:

Facilitate nightly operations including ticket sales, Will Call management, and ticket scanning during events.

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional service to all guests and work proactively to resolve any ticketing or seating issues that arise.

Financial Integrity:

Adhere to the venue's cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accurate daily reconciliations.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize Ticketmaster software (TM1 suite) for sales and entry management.

Guest Navigation:

Assist ushers and FOH staff in guiding guests to their seats and providing venue information.

Qualifications Experience:

Prior experience as a Box Office representative or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Ticketmaster Host or the TM1 product suite (TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales) is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.

Availability:

Must be available to work evening and weekend hours, including holidays, based on the seasonal event schedule.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
