Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Box Truck Drivers to join our dynamic delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks to deliver goods efficiently and on time. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Deliver goods directly to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking for maintenance issues or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the truck throughout your shift Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery statuses, or any issues encountered during driving or loading Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly desirable Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in loading and unloading cargo Familiarity with warehouse operations, including use of pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus) Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols Comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles and navigating urban or rural routes Join us as a Box Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
