Greet members & answer calls Manage memberships in CRM (GoHighLevel) Assist coaches & support gym tasks Follow up with prospects Schedule (24hrs/week): Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday, 4pm-9PM Friday, 4PM-8

PM Saturday:

10.30 AM-2.30

PM Pay:

$20/hr

We Want Someone Who's:

Loves helping others and seeing people develop Professional, organized & reliable High-energy, sharp, and friendly 3+ yrs front desk/customer service exp. (Extra points if you have boxing/martial arts, sales, or bilingual skills!) Requirements Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles; prior experience as a receptionist preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse membership base
