Shift:

1st Shift | 6:30 AM•3:00 PM Overtime may be required. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Boxing & Wiring Level I candidate for a manufacturing facility in Waynesboro, GA. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical wiring and electro-mechanical assembly experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical wiring and electro-mechanical assembly Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Assemble and fabricate components using hand and power tools Drill, tap, ream, countersink, bolt, and fasten parts into assemblies Tag components and correct defects as needed Verify measurements and dimensions using gauges and measuring tools Operate lifts and assist with production assembly processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support production goals and team objectives Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of electrical wiring experience required Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred Technical school or certification preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics Experience using hand and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
