In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.Job Description Summary:
The Branch Coordinator is responsible for supporting the branch in all back-office functions to include stock and direct PVR's, processing vendor returns, customer credits, as well as other operational functions. May fill in for other branch and warehouse roles.What You'll Do:
Work Hours:
8am- 5pm Provide support to the Branch Manager by performing daily tasks related to back-office operations Ensure a positive customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations and is consistent with the company's quality standards Process customer payments and resolve discrepancies, invoices, credit rebills, and get paid disputes May be involved in direct or project billing POV.

Qualifications What You'll Need 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred High School or GED- Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communicate skills; ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups Strong written and verbal communication skills Good team player Strong organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines Ability to perform various tasks on computers, including the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word is required Great attitude
