Branch Manager

Redcap Staffing, a dynamic leader in the commercial staffing industry, is currently looking for a Market Manager for our New Biddeford Maine office . This position comes with a completive salary and bonus. $100K per year earning potential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generating new business through outside sales Developing service strategies for existing and prospective clients. Manage and analyze branch financial statements to maximize profitability Mentor, coach, train and develop sales and customer service skills while providing leadership to branch team. Manage placement of workers.

Requirements:

Willing to commit to a criminal background check. Business professional attitude with extraordinary customer service skills. Resourceful and independent thinker - problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

Pay:

From $60,000.00 per year
