Our client is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent nationally recognized products and services inside retail stores and event-based promotional settings throughout Pinecrest. This is a W-2 employee position offering paid training, weekly base pay every Friday, and uncapped commissions based on individual performance. This role combines retail sales, event marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotion in a face-to-face setting. What You'll Be Doing In this position, you'll work inside established retail locations and event spaces, interacting directly with customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include approaching shoppers, introducing them to current promotions, educating them on products and services, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment or sales process. You'll learn structured sales scripts, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques during paid training. Once in the field, you'll apply those skills to generate leads, build brand awareness, close sales, and contribute to overall revenue growth. You'll track performance metrics, participate in team meetings, and continuously develop your communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. This is a performance-driven environment where you'll gain experience in retail marketing strategy, direct sales, territory management, customer relationship building, and promotional campaign execution. You'll be on your feet throughout your shift, engaging with customers in high-traffic areas, maintaining a professional presence, and representing the client brand with integrity. Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time W-2 role working approximately 40 hours per week. Retail hours are required, including weekends. Training is paid hourly. After training, you will continue receiving a weekly base pay every Friday, along with uncapped commissions based on your personal sales performance. Additional bonuses and performance incentives may be available. Your earning potential is directly connected to your effort, consistency, and ability to connect with customers. Paid training is provided.
