$22.51 to $33.77 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Asset Management Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll manage our Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring secure, organized, and efficient access to brand content internally. You'll also support packaging compliance, proof marketing materials, and help develop marketing copy for new products. Responsibilities Administer Kwik Trip's Aprimo DAM system, including uploading, tagging, versioning, and configuring user access Train and support internal and external users, troubleshoot issues, and serve as liaison with the Aprimo DAM software provider Review recipe cards, copysheets, and product labels for accuracy and compliance withFDA/USDA
regulations Write marketing romance copy and assist in brand consistency for new products Proofread and edit marketing materials (emails, flyers, AV spots, etc.) for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency Support trademark renewals, applications, and name searches in coordination with legal partners Maintain SOPs, checklists, and internal documentation to support marketing workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, Information Science, Print Management, or related field 0-2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or print-related environment (DAM software experience preferred) Strong writing, editing, proofing, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Mac & PC) Familiarity with Aprimo, OnBase, Esko, Asana, and style guides (AP, Chicago) Understanding ofFDA/USDA
packaging and labeling regulations and trademark management practices Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments Preferred Qualifications Certification in DAM platforms (Aprimo, Bynder, Esko, MediaBeacon) Training inFDA/USDA
compliance and trademark management Project management coursework or certification Experience writing marketing romance copy Work Schedule Monday-Friday in office, daytime hours. Deadline toApply:
