This role is a combination of sales, account management, brand development, and field marketing. The ideal candidate must be comfortable building relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, event organizers, and hospitality professionals while actively representing the brand in the market. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who can actively hustle, build relationships, create opportunities, and help grow the Florida Standard Spirits brand presence across the region. Core Responsibilities Develop relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and hospitality operators Identify and pursue new account opportunities throughout the Tallahassee market Work alongside distributors and sales partners to increase product placements and reorder frequency Conduct regular account visits to maintain relationships and monitor product presence Coordinate tastings, samplings, promotional activations, and brand events Educate customers and hospitality staff on Florida Standard Spirits products and brand story Assist with menu placements, cocktail features, and seasonal promotions Track sales activity, account progress, and market feedback Monitor competitor activity and market trends Represent the company professionally at community events, festivals, tastings, and industry functions Assist ownership and leadership with strategic market growth initiatives Preferred Qualifications Sales, hospitality, beverage, liquor, or restaurant industry experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and highly organized Comfortable working independently in the field Ability to build long-term business relationships Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation required Nights and weekends may occasionally be required for events and activations Key Traits We Need Energetic Competitive Relationship-driven Professional Organized Self-starter mentality Comfortable networking and socializing in hospitality environments Strong follow-through and accountability
