Job Description

We're hiring an entry-level Brass Shelving Assembler to join our production team. This role is hands-on and detail-focused, working directly with materials and components to assemble finished shelving units. This position does not require prior experience in fabrication or construction—but it does require a strong work ethic, the ability to move quickly, and a sharp eye for detail. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in doing things right, and wants an opportunity to grow into more advanced roles over time, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Assemble brass shelving components accurately and efficiently Measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure Maintain consistent quality standards across all products Follow established processes and production workflows Keep workspace clean and organized Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Ability to read and use a tape measure confidently Strong attention to detail (small mistakes matter in this role) Good pace and sense of urgency while maintaining quality Reliable, consistent, and able to show up ready to work Comfortable working with hands and basic tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in assembly, construction, or manufacturing Familiarity with basic hand tools Growth Opportunity This is an entry-level position, but not a dead-end role. Team members who show consistency, attention to detail, and leadership potential can grow into more advanced responsibilities within production, quality control, or team leadership.
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
