PAY:

$19.00•$21.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

SUMMARY:

The Braze Technician is directly responsible for the application of filler metals, stop off, and fluxes per process sheets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Apply filler metals, stop off, and fluxes according to process sheets Follow written specifications and initial/date all processes performed, including quantity, condition, lot numbers, and related documentation Complete all paperwork and follow instructions upon completion of each task Inspect parts for compliance and verify they match router specifications Operate related equipment and power tools as required Maintain accurate logs and monitor equipment to ensure proper output Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workplace Use personal protective equipment as required, including but not limited to safety vests, gloves, and eye protection Perform duties safely, responsibly, and proficiently while observing and complying with OSHA, MTI, and SDS safety standards Exercise care and safety in the use of equipment and tools required to complete assigned tasks Report all accidents and safety concerns to supervisor immediately Perform similar or related duties as required, directed, or as situations dictate

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of one year of experience in furnace or heat-treating operations preferred Working knowledge of maintenance, repair methods, practices, and procedures Familiarity with operation of power tools preferred Ability to read and understand customer drawings Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
