Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenishing food and beverages promptly to maintain freshness and variety Assist guests with their selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly service to enhance their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering or banquet events as needed, helping with setup, service, and cleanup Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential Previous restaurant or hospitality experience will help you excel in this role Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated understanding of dietary considerations and food handling best practices This vibrant role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming atmospheres.
