Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, friendly breakfast experience for our guests by preparing, serving, and maintaining the breakfast area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest starts their day on a positive note. Responsibilities Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or service area, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked Prepare food items according to safety standards and quality guidelines, including light food preparation when needed Serve guests with a friendly attitude, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift Monitor food safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of food items Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food handling safety standards and food safety regulations Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning Experience in catering or as a dietary aide is advantageous Barista experience or restaurant experience can be beneficial in this role A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Join us at Comfort Suites and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to making every guest's morning exceptional!
