Duties Set up breakfast areas with fresh food, beverages, and necessary supplies to ensure a smooth service. Serve guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and utensils. Monitor food safety standards by handling food properly, checking temperatures, and adhering to health regulations. Restock supplies regularly during service to ensure availability of all menu items and essentials. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast items, or replenishing buffet offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff and catering teams to support large events or banquet services when needed. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety guidelines, including proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage warmly with guests. Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Background in hospitality or as a dietary aide enhances your suitability for this role. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle food safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
