In this role, you will be the welcoming face for our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests and visitors upon arrival and departure, offering assistance as needed. Open doors, manage entryways, and maintain a polished lobby presence to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. Assist with luggage handling , package acceptance, and coordinating deliveries. Monitor building entrances to ensure only authorized individuals enter the property. Provide directions, local information, and general assistance to enhance the guest experience. Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell, Valet, and Security teams to support seamless operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entryway, and exterior areas. Call taxis, rideshares, or transportation services upon request. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns , escalating issues when necessary. Observe and report any suspicious activity , safety hazards, or maintenance needs. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest‑facing role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting. Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for service. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shift. Ability to lift or move items up to 30 lbs (luggage, packages, etc.). Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
