Required:

• Food handler's card (or obtain)

Duties Include:

• Arrive before guests do
• prep the full breakfast spread before 6:00 am, including hot items, fresh coffee, juice, pastries, fruit, and cereal
• Maintain the breakfast area
• keep it clean, stocked, and inviting from open to close, refill items, etc.
• Engage with guests
• greet people by name when you can, handle dietary questions, make recommendations, solve small problems on the spot
• Maintain food safety standards
• monitor temperatures, label and date everything, follow Oregon food handler requirements, no shortcuts
• Break down and deep clean
• ensure equipment gets cleaned properly, surface sanitized, inventory counted, and the area left ready for the next day
• Communicate with the team
• flag supply needs, equipment issues, or guest feedback to management the same day
• Pitch in where needed
• help with lobby upkeep or light front desk support during your shift if the team needs it

Schedule:

• 5:00 am
• 11:00 am, 5-6 days per week, including weekends and holidays

Pay:

• $14.05
• 15.

75/hour depending on experience
