Breakfast Attendant - Part Time

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast hours. Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift, including wiping tables, replenishing supplies, and removing used dishes
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests related to breakfast service
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling and storage practices are in compliance with regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with various coffee types
• Basic kitchen skills such as food handling, preparation, and serving
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
