The ideal candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast hours. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent guest services. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. Duties Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards. Set up and replenish food stations, ensuring all items are fresh and appealing. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Operate coffee machines and ensure coffee is brewed and served at optimal temperatures. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or preparing condiments using proper knife skills. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about menu items. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
