• proficiency in preparing the following: Grits Sausage Bacon Pancakes French toast Eggs (scrambled) Hashbrowns biscuits
• Experience in operating the following: Flat-top Grill Deep fryer Oven range
• Must work well with others and as part of a team.
• Must maintain sanitation and presentation standards
• lunch services run from 11:00am-2:00pm (3:00pm on weekends)
