Your Role:

You'll be the backbone of our breakfast and lunch service, bringing your culinary expertise and attention to detail to every plate.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items including eggs, pancakes, and other morning specialtiesManaging lunch prep and execution with efficiency and quality in mindMaintaining food safety standards and a clean, organized kitchen stationCollaborating with your kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth serviceTaking initiative to suggest improvements and support your teammatesFollowing recipes and plating standards while bringing your own culinary flair

What We're Looking For:
