Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial brick and block masonry Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life & Disability Insurance Options Retirement Savings Program Employee Profit Sharing Paid Training and Certifications Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holidays) Weekly Pay Cycle Prevailing Wage Project Opportunities Performance & Year-End Bonuses Uniforms Provided Employee Rewards & Referral Bonuses Company Events Schedule Full-Time Monday
