Bridal consultant ( Saturday-Sundays Only)

Overview Requirements Must be at least 5'3" tall to comfortably reach dress racks. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Knowledge of fabrics, dress styles, and silhouettes is preferred. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment . Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs , as some gowns are heavy. Able to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts. Strong sales background with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage warmly with brides and guests. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be the heart and soul of our bridal experience, guiding brides through one of the most memorable moments of their lives. You'll engage with brides and their parties, providing expert advice on styles, fabrics, and trends while ensuring a seamless process from selection to fitting. Join us in making dreams come true! What you'll do Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase various bridal gowns and accessories. Utilize your retail sales skills to upsell complementary items that enhance the bridal experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that reflects current trends. Supervise the bridal department team, ensuring exceptional customer service and collaboration. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for efficient cashiering. Manage inventory stocking and assist with merchandising efforts to keep the department well-stocked. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. Bilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing. Experience in supervising teams or leading projects within a retail environment. Knowledge of retail math principles for effective inventory management.
