Bridge Crewmember

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Bridge Crew Members to join our team for ongoing and upcoming bridge projects . Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience , be safety-conscious, and willing to work in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of bridge structures Perform tasks such as formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, demolition, and rigging Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors Work in a team environment to meet project goals and deadlines Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies Load/unload materials and equipment as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience on bridge construction crews Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and safety procedures Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends if required OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending and periodic lifting of heavy objects.
