This is a mid to senior-level opportunity for a Bridge Engineering Professional with 10+ years of experience in project management and transportation infrastructure. The role involves leading bridge design and construction projects from start to finish, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development initiatives while applying deep technical expertise. Responsabilities Lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers.

Oversee all aspects of Bridge DesignManage projects and meet agreed-upon budgets and schedulesMake public presentationsPerform quality control reviewsAssist with the development of staff including workloads, training, and career planningDevelop or review all aspects of engineering studies including data collection, models, plans, and estimates.

Work with state or municipal clients on Bridge infrastructure projects, including the design and management of public state, county, and city projects.

Developing new and existing client relations and business development opportunities.

Assist with proposal preparation to secure new workServe as Bridge Discipline lead on pursuits and opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional Engineer license required with the ability to apply for comity in other states.10+ years of progressive Bridge engineering analysis, design, and project management experience.

Project experience with MassDOT required.

Ability to be a self-starter and work in a dynamic environment.

Ability to foster business development relationships.

Public presentation experience required.

Strong business development skills and experience are a plus.

Experience obtaining Federal, State, and local regulatory approvals and permits.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Excellent track record of financial success, delivering projects on time and on budgetAbility to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
