Key ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transportation design projects.

Develop plans, specifications, and estimates for roadway and public infrastructure projects.

Serve as a task lead and mentor junior staff.

Assemble complete design packages or major project components.

Conduct quality control reviews.

Attend and lead meetings with public and private clients.

Represent the firm at industry and professional events.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

EIT or PE required Progressive roadway engineering, analysis, and design experience.

State DOT project experience required; municipal experience a plus.

Multi‑modal and Complete Streets experience preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.

Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Experience with proposals, scopes, and budgeting strongly preferred.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.
