Grow into the role of key operator within a driven, enthusiast-focused automotive company Why this job is important: You'll support the successful scaling of RevOn Automotive through the opening of a second location You'll want to know:

Location:

Your choice of either the Seacoast Region or Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. Primary work location is on-site in a private, collection-like atmosphere.

Schedule:

Regular work schedule of four, 10-hour days per week, ideally Tues-Fri. Occasional weekend availability may be needed to facilitate transactions or special events

• 10% What you'll be doing: Procure equipment and supplies needed to open & operate the location Standardize brokerage processes to ensure consistent execution across two locations Source high-upside inventory for purchase; know what makes a vehicle a sales success on BaT/C&B Locate unique vehicles that meet stated client criteria Prepare service records and key vehicle information for submission to BaT/C&B Shepherd vehicles through the crucial stages between a client's driveway and a buyer's hands Ensure excellence through all phases of the sales process Get vehicles looking and running their best through collaboration with specialty vendors (PDR, glass repair, mechanical service, etc) Prioritize the detailing shop schedule Establish vehicle value estimates by researching comparable sales When you know you're successful: All the right tools and equipment are in place for detailing and brokerage operations week after week No details are missed when submitting a vehicle to BaT/C&B; most vehicles are ready for submission within 7 business days Gross profit of at least $2,500/vehicle is achieved on owned units thanks to your keen acquisition skills and management of reconditioning costs At least 6 vehicles per month move seamlessly through the brokerage side; there is no downtime for detailing staff Buyers are wowed with execution through the purchase process and clients are thrilled with the ease of their sale
