uBreakiFix by Asurion About the Role We're looking for a Cell Phone & Electronics Repair Technician to join our Seabrook location. This role is technician-focused and team-driven, working closely with other technicians and front-of-house staff to deliver accurate, timely repairs and a strong customer experience. Candidates without professional repair experience will receive structured training, but should be motivated to learn quickly and develop strong technical skills. What You'll Be Doing (Primary Focus) Perform device repairs including phones and other consumer electronics Work collaboratively with teammates to manage shared repair queues Coordinate with front-of-house staff on diagnostics, timelines, and customer expectations Maintain high repair quality with low rework and strong consistency Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage in POS Follow inventory control, parts handling, and RMA procedures Support overall store operations during high-volume periods Technical Expectations Strong proficiency in phone repairs is preferred Ability to diagnose issues accurately and communicate findings clearly Comfort working in a team-based repair environment Adherence to established repair standards and workflows, with no shortcuts Experience with additional devices such as tablets, computers, and consoles is a plus. Technical repair experience is strongly recommended, but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and interest. Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
