LP Job Summary:
This senior role involves leading the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of a critical ServiceNow Configuration Management Database. The primary focus is on ensuring the CMDB serves as a reliable data source through robust governance and data quality management. Collaboration with various IT teams is essential to enhance CMDB maturity and operational data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ServiceNow CMDB platform administration and optimization. Implement and enforce CMDB governance policies and standards. Manage the lifecycle and quality of Configuration Items (CIs). Drive CSDM implementation and service modeling initiatives. Configure and maintain the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration. Proven track record of CSDM implementation. Hands-on expertise with IRE and CI Class Manager.
Industry Experience:
Experience in large enterprise IT environments is required.
