This role will provide essential support to both Margaritaville and Pete's in Capitola Village. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and is ready to be part of a supportive and evolving hospitality team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to both Margaritaville and Pete's operations teams Weekly administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, team communication, and organizational tasks Project management, including repairs, maintenance, scheduling, and organizational efforts Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows Provide restaurant support as needed during service, as business demands Experience & Skills Restaurant experience preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel and comfort working with numbers Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Ideal Traits Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Able to collaborate with the restaurant team Positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills Comfortable staying focused and productive in a busy, high-energy environment
