full-time An established public accounting firm is seeking an organized and proactive Firm Administrator to oversee daily operations and support firm leadership and staff. This is a fully in-office position based in West Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and internal communications Support billing, accounts receivable, timekeeping, and vendor payments Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration Maintain confidential client, employee, and firm records Manage relationships with vendors, technology providers, and building management Coordinate tax-season staffing and administrative workflows Improve internal procedures and operational efficiency Assist leadership with special projects and firmwide initiatives

Qualifications:

Previous office administration or firm operations experience Professional services or public accounting experience preferred Familiarity with billing, HR administration, and office operations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information

Location:

Salary:
