Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Support travel arrangements, including domestic and international logistics and visa documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for executive materials and records.
  • Assist with expense report preparation and submission.
  • Support internal and external event coordination and special projects.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications and track meeting action items.
Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and travel logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset to meet dynamic organizational needs.
