Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting store operations by providing friendly and prompt assistance to customers and employees. This position enhances 4 Rivers Equipment with high-quality customer service and provides a friendly atmosphere and a caring attitude. The successful candidate must possess the ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner.

Duties and Tasks:

Assist with answering store phones and route calls as appropriate Backup Front Desk when needed Post invoices as directed. Assist with Rental contracts, billing and insurance Administer the company's customer portal Marketing related tasks as assigned Assist with dealer transfers / inventory Assist Store Manager with Accounts Receivable reconciliation Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
