This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small but fast-paced environment, enjoys investigative work, and is comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls while analyzing applicant data.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to verify applicant-provided references, including employment, rental history, and other supporting information Evaluate and process incoming background screening applications with accuracy and efficiency Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and potential fraud indicators within applications and supporting documentation Navigate multiple online platforms and systems simultaneously to complete verifications and documentation Maintain thorough and compliant records of all verification activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery

What We're Looking For:

Naturally curious and investigative mindset with strong critical thinking skills Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls professionally and persistently Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies Comfortable working across multiple web-based systems and tools Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated with the ability to stay organized in a production-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience in collections, call centers, or investigative roles Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (FCRA knowledge is a plus)
