Manage assigned accounts from repo assignment to resolution or account reinstatement. Conduct skip tracing and customer outreach to locate assets and resolve delinquencies. Assign and coordinate with repossession agents; reassign as needed for best recovery outcomes. Collaborate with Collections, Asset Management, and Legal teams to drive account resolution. Maintain accurate documentation for internal tracking and asset remarketing. Recommend charge-offs or payment restructuring when appropriate. Ensure timely processing of repossession-related invoices. Qualifications for the
